Wine & Cheese Masterclass

24 October | 4.30 to 6pm

As a celebration of fine, vintage wines from the Nouvelle Aquitaine region, this masterclass is proud to honour our famed wine producer, Mr Olivier Desgouillons (CEO of the Fiwine company and the Associate & Asia Director for WIT Company).

Each glass of wine is meticulously paired with a variety of cheeses curated and presented by So France’s Executive Chef Felicien. Guests will also be able to have first-dibs on purchasing their very own bottle of rare wines.

Oysters & Wine pairing Masterclass

25 & 26 October | 4.30 to 6pm

This exciting masterclass includes learning the technique of shucking the perfect oyster, as well as how to make butter, with a presentation of oven-baked and raw oysters. Each course is paired with wine.

Champagne Jeeper Masterclass

So France is proud to present Samuel Ferjou from Maison Champagne Jeeper, among the world’s finest artisan champagnes, on 12-13 October (4.30 to 6.00pm)

For two exclusive afternoons, let Samuel, together with So France’s Executive Chef Felicien Cueff, take you on a decadent journey with 4 specially crafted tapas dishes, paired perfectly with Champagne Jeeper. You will also have the chance to learn more about the history and the philosophy of Maison Jeeper, how champagne Jeeper is made, and how to best enjoy the perfect glass of bubbly.
