Monday to Thursday: 8am to 9pm
Friday: 8am to 10pm
Saturday: 9am to 10pm
Sunday: 9am to 9pm

We do accept reservations via “Book a table” link or you can contact the restaurant directly at +65 6909 6449. Do kindly note that for Friday & Saturday diner reservations, there are 2 seatings: 6:00pm to 6:30pm & 8:00pm onwards.

Tables will be held for 10 minutes, after which the reservation will be released.

Yes you can celebrate special occasions at our bistro. Do contact the restaurant directly at +65 6909 6449.

Unfortunately, we do not allow outside food and drinks.
Yes, children are welcome.

Yes, pets are allowed but only at La Terrasse.

Yes, we do serve customers with special dietary requirements and we have a vegan menu available.

Yes, you can bring your own bottle and we charge a corkage fee of $50 regardless of bottle size.

We do not have a dress code so we accept any customer regardless of their dress code.

We accept major credit cards, payments are processed by Stripe via secure connection. We do not store your credit card card information on our servers. More about Stripe’s Privacy Policy and Terms. However, we do not offer cash on delivery.

Delivery and pickup

Yes we do offer free delivery for orders above S$120. We do not have a minimum order for deliveries. For orders below S$50, the delivery fee is $25 and for orders between S$50 to S$120, the delivery fee is $10.

Yes, you can choose your delivery date and time. We do offer same day delivery but 2h in advance.

Yes, we offer in-store pickup. You can choose to pick up from our Duo Galleria or Claymore outlet.

Yes, we deliver islandwide.

Our delivery lead time is 1h from your delivery time slot.

Our delivery person will try to contact you through your contact number as indicated on your delivery order. We also have the option to leave it at your doorstep and our delivery person will send you a photo as a proof of delivery.

Refunds

  • Damaged products: If you are unsatisfied with our products, please contact us via our phone:+65 6909 6449 or drop us an email: retail@so-france.sg. We will be happy to provide you with a refund or replacement for any affected items.
  • Missing products: We can deliver the missing item or you can opt for a refund.

Changes to an Order

  • You can only do so up to 1h before your delivery time slot.
  • There will be no additional charge for adding items to your order. However, if you would like to change some items out, we only allow replacement items of the same or higher value.
