Domaine Rolet is established as one of the Jura vineyard flagships and its wines propose the whole terroir richness. This classic Chardonnay (not oxidised, like other wines from this particular region) has a ripe core of citrus and mountain spice with notes of hazlenuts and seaspray. It’s deliciously ripe and textured with a minerally streak of salinity to temper the riper fruit.
