This nectar smells good the end of summer, on the way back from the beach. As the sun sets, the shellfish crackle on the plancha. The Chablis 1er cru graciously keeps us company. Limpid and brilliant, with a beautiful gold color, it is visually flawless. Aromatic, honeyed with a hint of barrel. No heaviness on the palate and lasting pleasure in the mouth. It is a wine of very good maturity. But do not be mistaken, this Chablis is not to be taken lightly. It is even considered as one of the great lords of Burgundy.
Novice or seasoned, it will turn your head for sure!
