Whole foie gras is one of the regulated types of foie gras: it consists of a whole foie gras or several whole lobes in a Le Parfait jar. It is the highest quality of the different types of foie gras.

- South-West duck foie gras should be placed in the fridge the day before serving and taken out 15 minutes before to develop all its aromas. Enjoy this foie gras on a slice of lightly toasted gingerbread or farmhouse bread. As an aperitif, accompany your foie gras toast with a glass of Blanc de Blancs champagne. As a starter, enjoy it with a glass of sweet white wine such as Jurançon or Sauternes.
