This cooperative enterprise brings together 60 winemakers who help to produce its wines and liqueurs.
Gascony wines, noble and traditional grape varieties
Gascony, made famous by D’Artagnan, offers sandy soils planted with vines on the hillsides of Nogaro. This unique terroir gives Côtes de Gascogne grapes a strong, distinctive personality recognised by all fans of south-western wines and spirits.
In 2016, the cooperative renewed its commitment to quality and traceability in its production methods with IFS (International Food Standard) and BRC (British Retail Consortium) certification, the aim being to safeguard production along the entire supply chain.
The grapes are harvested once they reach maximum ripeness, with the winegrowers working early in the morning or in the evening to preserve the freshness of the grapes which are delivered to the winery in airtight crates and then pressed immediately.
